Publish / Download a Product
Use this page after a product has been created and saved.
Publishing makes a product available to a connected store or storefront workflow. Downloading prepares product output for workflows that do not go directly through a connected store.
Before You Start
Make sure:
- The product has been created and saved.
- Required product details are complete.
- Required variants have SKUs and prices.
- Required templates are published.
- Mockups or product images are ready.
- Your online store is connected, if you want to publish to a store.
If the product has not been created yet, start with Create a Product.
Choose The Right Outcome
Publish To A Connected Store
Use this when the product should appear in a connected storefront such as WordPress, Shopify, or another supported store connection.
Download Product Output
Use this when the product files or generated output need to be handled outside a connected storefront workflow.
Check Or Update Product Status
Use this when you need to confirm whether a product is draft, published, unpublished, or needs changes.
Publish A Product
- Log in to EzyAdmin.
- Open Products > My Products.
- Find the product you want to publish.
- Review the product details, variants, pricing, and mockups.
- Open the product options or action menu.
- Click Publish.
- Select the connected store or destination if prompted.
- Confirm the publish action.
After publishing, check the connected store or storefront to confirm the product appears correctly.
Download Product Output
Use download when the product needs output files instead of direct store publishing.
The available download options depend on the product type, setup, and fulfillment workflow.
Before downloading, confirm:
- The correct product and variant are selected.
- The template or ready design is correct.
- Required mockups or print-ready files are available.
- The product output matches the expected format.
If the download option is not available, check whether the product is fully saved and whether required output files have been generated.
Check Publishing Status
Product status helps you understand whether customers can access the product.
Common statuses include:
- Draft: The product has been created but is not live.
- Published: The product is available in the selected publishing workflow.
- Unpublished: The product was removed from the live workflow.
- Needs Update: The product may need changes before publishing again.

If The Product Does Not Appear In Store
Check the following:
- The product was saved before publishing.
- The product was published to the correct store.
- The connected store integration is active.
- The required template is published.
- The product has valid SKU and pricing details.
- The product has required mockups or product images.
- The store page or product list has been refreshed.
