Create a Calendar Template

Create a calendar template when you want customers to personalize a prepared calendar design.

Calendar templates can include photo holders, text fields, backgrounds, clipart, date pads, holiday collections, and month/page layouts.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • Chosen the correct calendar blank.
  • Prepared the template name.
  • Prepared the calendar size and orientation.
  • Prepared any tags, occasions, or language settings.
  • Prepared JPG images for sample photos or backgrounds.
  • Prepared PNG files for transparent clipart, if needed.
  • Decided which holidays or event collections the calendar should use.

Do not upload CMYK images. Use RGB JPG files for photos and backgrounds to avoid unexpected color conversion issues.
