Photobook Designer

Photobook Designer is used to create customizable multi-page photo products such as photobooks, albums, and memory books.

Use this section when you need to choose a photobook blank, create reusable photobook templates, prepare layout assets, and publish a photobook product for customers.

When To Use Photobook Designer​

Use Photobook Designer for products that need:

  • Multiple pages.
  • Reusable page layouts.
  • Photo holders and text fields.
  • Cover and inner page configuration.
  • Customer photo upload and personalization.
  • Print-ready output for fulfillment.

Examples include photo albums, event books, wedding books, travel books, baby books, school books, and branded memory books.

Follow this order when creating a new photobook product:

  1. Choose a Photobook Blank
  2. Create a Photobook Template
  3. Create Page Layouts
  4. Create a Product
  5. Publish / Download a Product

Some products may also need background images, clipart, masks, categories, attributes, occasions, or 3D preview setup.

Before You Start​

Prepare the following information before choosing a photobook blank:

  • Photobook size, such as 8x8, 10x10, or 12x12.
  • Orientation, such as portrait, landscape, or square.
  • Minimum and maximum page count.
  • Cover and inner page surface details.
  • Output type, such as JPG or PDF.
  • Safe area, bleed area, and trim area.
  • Binding, paper, lamination, and other production attributes.
  • Product category and subcategory.
  • Any required mask images.
  • Product thumbnail or mockup images.
