Connect Your Online Store

Connect a store when you want products, templates, or designer experiences to appear in an external storefront.

Store connection is usually needed before publishing products to WordPress, Shopify, or another supported commerce workflow.

Before You Start

Make sure:

  • You have access to EzyAdmin.
  • You have permission to manage stores or integrations.
  • The store or website is already prepared.
  • The required plugin, app, or integration is installed when needed.
  • Products or templates are ready to publish.

Store Connection Options

The available connection options depend on your account and store setup.

Common options include:

  • WordPress plugin setup.
  • Shopify app or Shopify integration access.
  • API or SDK integration.
  • Custom storefront or partner integration.

What Can Be Published To A Store

Depending on the workflow, you may publish or assign:

  • Products.
  • Template groups.
  • Individual templates.
  • Product variants.
  • Designer templates attached to store products.

Products and templates are different publishing objects. A product is the sellable item. A template is a design option that may be used by a product.

Add Templates To A Store

Use this workflow when a store needs access to templates before they can be assigned to products.

  1. Log in to EzyAdmin.
  2. Open Creative Assets > Templates.
  3. Select the template group or individual templates.
  4. Click Add or Add to Store.
  5. Select the store or stores.
  6. Confirm the action.

After the templates are added, they become available for store configuration or product assignment.

Add A Template To A Store Product

Use this workflow when a connected store product needs access to one or more templates.

  1. Open the connected store dashboard.
  2. Open the Ezycreate plugin, app, or integration area.
  3. Find the product.
  4. Select the template or template group.
  5. Add the template to the product.
  6. Publish or update the product page.

Only published templates are normally available for store assignment.

Publish A Product To A Store

Use this workflow after a product has been created and saved.

  1. Open Products > My Products.
  2. Find the product.
  3. Review product details, variants, SKUs, prices, and mockups.
  4. Click Publish.
  5. Select the connected store or destination if prompted.
  6. Confirm the publish action.
  7. Check the store to confirm the product appears correctly.

Troubleshooting

If a product or template does not appear in the store, check:

  • The store connection is active.
  • The plugin, app, or integration is installed.
  • The product has been saved.
  • The product has been published to the correct store.
  • The template has been published.
  • The template has been added to the store when required.
  • The store page or product list has been refreshed.
  • You have the required store permissions.
