Ezycreate Help Center Overview

Ezycreate helps print, photo, gifting, and commerce teams create personalized products, prepare reusable templates, publish products to stores, and process customer orders.

Use this Help Center when you need to set up a product, build template assets, configure product options, connect a store, or request developer access.

Product Suite

Ezycreate has four product designers. Each one supports a different type of customizable product.

Product designerUse it for
Photobook DesignerMulti-page photobooks, albums, and photo books with reusable layouts.
Print DesignerPrints, posters, cards, single-page photo products, and other web-to-print items.
Calendar DesignerMonthly and yearly calendars with reusable calendar templates.
Custom Product DesignerDecor, gifts, apparel, DTF, mugs, merchandise, and other custom product use cases.

DTF and apparel are use cases of Custom Product Designer. They are not separate products.

How Setup Works

Most product setup follows the same basic path:

  1. Choose an existing product blank.
  2. Create templates and supporting assets.
  3. Create a sellable product from the blank and templates.
  4. Add product details, variants, pricing, and images.
  5. Publish or connect the product to a store.
  6. Test the customer design and order flow.

You do not need every setup option for every product. Simple products may only need a blank, a template, and publishing. More complex products may also need masks, attributes, categories, occasions, or 3D preview settings. Creating new blanks is an advanced admin task.
