WordPress Plugin Setup
Use the WordPress plugin when you want to publish Ezycreate products to a WordPress or WooCommerce store and let customers open the designer from the product page.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- WordPress 5.8 or later.
- WooCommerce 6.0 or later.
- PHP 7.2 or later.
- MySQL 5.7 or later.
- Ezycreate store credentials.
- At least one product created and saved in EzyAdmin.
- Permission to install and activate WordPress plugins.
Install The Plugin
- Download the Ezycreate WordPress plugin ZIP file.
- Open the WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to Plugins > Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin.
- Upload the plugin ZIP file.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
After activation, an Ezycreate menu appears in the WordPress admin navigation.
Connect WordPress To Ezycreate
- Open the Ezycreate plugin settings in WordPress.
- Enter your Ezycreate credentials.
- Save the settings.
- Confirm the connection is active.
If the connection fails, check that the credentials are correct and that your WordPress site can reach the Ezycreate service.
Sync Products
- In WordPress, open the Ezycreate products area.
- Review the list of products published from EzyAdmin.
- Choose the product you want to add to WooCommerce.
- Click Add.
The product is added to WooCommerce and can be managed from the store product list.
Test The Product Page
After adding the product:
- Open the WooCommerce product page.
- Confirm the product images and details appear correctly.
- Click the customization or designer button.
- Confirm the designer opens.
- Add a test design to cart.
- Continue to checkout.
Testing confirms that the plugin, product page, designer, cart, and checkout flow are connected.
Check Orders And Print Files
After a customer places an order:
- Confirm the order appears in WordPress or WooCommerce.
- Confirm the order is received in Ezycreate.
- Check that print-ready files are generated.
- Download the files if your fulfillment workflow requires manual download.
Troubleshooting
If products do not appear in WordPress, check:
- The product is saved in EzyAdmin.
- The product is published.
- The WordPress plugin is activated.
- Ezycreate credentials are correct.
- WooCommerce is active.
- The product sync was refreshed.
If the designer does not open, check:
- The product has a valid template or design setup.
- The product has valid SKU and pricing details.
- The connected store is active.
- Browser popups or script blockers are not blocking the designer.
