Create a Ready Product
Create a ready product when the final design or print output is already prepared and customers do not need to personalize it.
Use this flow for fixed artwork, pre-rendered products, or products prepared from completed output files.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
- Chosen the correct blank.
- Prepared the product details.
- Prepared SKU and pricing details.
- Prepared print-ready files or completed output.
- Prepared product mockup images.
- Confirmed whether the product should be published to a store.
Create The Product
- Log in to EzyAdmin.
- Open Products > My Products.
- Click Create new product.
- Select the blank.
- Choose Ready Product as the product type.
- Select the template or source design if required.
- Add variants, if needed.
- Add product details.
- Set SKU and pricing.
- Select print-ready files or completed output.
- Upload product mockups.
- Review and save the product.
After saving, the product appears in My Products.
Add Print-Ready Files
Ready products may require print-ready files or rendered output.
Before selecting files, confirm:
- The output belongs to the correct product.
- The selected variant is correct.
- The files are final and ready for fulfillment.
- The output format matches your production workflow.
If no output is available, you may need to create or render a test order first.
Add Mockups
Mockups are the product images customers see before ordering.
Use clear mockups that represent the final ready product. Upload PNG or JPEG images depending on the available upload options.
Review And Publish
Before publishing, review:
- Product details.
- SKU and pricing.
- Variants.
- Print-ready files.
- Mockups.
- Store destination.
When everything is correct, save the product and publish it.
What To Do Next
After creating the ready product:
- Publish / Download a Product.
- Connect Your Online Store, if the store is not connected yet.
